These are the first jeans ever released by us and whilst the first generation was made with 13oz Cone Denim, USA, these second generation are constructed out of 12oz unsanforized raw denim from Kurabo Mill, Japan.

After the first rinse, the weight will get to 13.25oz and the fabric will get slightly hairy and there will be that inevitable leg twist, don't panic if it gets to that, it's a natural reaction of raw, loomstate fabric.
