Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Kerbside&Co.’s merchandise.

We accept returns, exchanges or refunds within 30 days of your order. The returned items must be in their original condition. They must not have been altered, worn, washed, damaged and all tags are to be intact. For both exchange and returns, return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.

Please do not abuse this return policy just because of the generous allowance given.

Have some integrity.

For exchange, take note that the customer is liable to pay for the new shipping charges for the exchanged item. We will inform you when to make the payment when the exchanged product is ready to be sent out.

Once we have received and assessed the returned goods, please allow three business days for us to process the refund to the original mode of payment (less the shipping charges).

There will be no refunds or exchanges on items purchased during sale or promo codes.
