Return & Exchange

The item that you order are not exactly working for you? Fret not! At Kerbside&Co. we are committed to make sure all our products are accessible to all, should you require to return the items to us, we are always happy to help!

Note:
  • We ask that all return or exchange items must be in their original condition. They must not have been altered, worn, washed, damaged and all tags are to be intact.

  • Sale item(s) are strictly not returnable or non-exchangeable. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items purchased during sale or promo codes.

  • In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the item will be sent back to you (prevailing shipping costs will be charged accordingly). We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the above return policy.

  • All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

    RETURN POLICY

    You can return your online order within 21 days (both Singapore and international orders) from date of delivery.

    For In-store Returns:

    We accept returns to our Singapore store.

    Do take note of our store operating hours and bring along a copy of your order details (physical or soft copy) for verification.

    For Postage Returns:

    (1) Login to your account using the email you used to made the purchase.

    (2) Locate the order and click on "Request return" and submit the request accordingly. Upon submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

    (3) Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to review the request. You will receive an e-mail notifying the approval.

    (4) Label your item(s) with your order number and have it securely packed. Please ensure you mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

    (5) Have it mailed back to us at:

    We advise all returns/exchanges to be mailed via registered postage, we will be not liable for any lost postages.

    Most importantly, please ensure that all taxes and duties for all return/exchange items are to be fully paid during postage. We will not be liable for any additional taxes or duties charges. In the event of additional taxes and duties charges are incurred, we may request customer to pay for the charges while we process your return/exchange orders.


    All successful return items will be checked upon reaching us. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for all return items to be processed and refunded to your original payment method when you placed the order. You will be notified via the e-mail provided.

     

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    Should you wish to exchange your item, we offer one-time exchange per item for all local and international orders.

    For In-store Exchanges:

    Kindly email us and our team will assist you OR visit our store during operating hours.

    For Postage Exchanges:

    Our team will advise you on the availability of the item accordingly.
